Poire Rendered Floor Plan + Interior Elevations

The spatial design elements of Poire include an open floor plan to maximize views of the surrounding Sonoma countryside and promote shared dining experiences with a variety of seating options. From indoor and outdoor seating options: banquette and booth hybrids, traditional booths and tables, high-top tables, bar seating, large group round tables, and versatile long farm-style tables, the restaurant caters to a variety of guest needs and event options. The open plan allows for copious wine storage and display, enhancing the restaurant's dedication to wine culture.

Raw American Materials + Luxurious Modern Touches

White-washed oak, polished chrome, clear lucite, and concrete serve as a clean and modern backdrop for contrasting pear-green cushions that accent the minimally luxe space with a touch of color that feels distinctly Californian.
